Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Tangerang, Indonesia. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction, handling phone calls professionally with appropriate etiquette, and resolving customer concerns effectively. The role also involves maintaining a positive customer experience and building strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong skills in Customer Experience enhancement and ensuring positive interactions
  • Able to Follow up and assist with Marketing Team
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and effective communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken)
  • Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role is an advantage
  • High level of empathy, patience, and ability to handle challenging situations professionally
