About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service representative to handle customer inquiries online. The customers are those who have shown interest in our FMCG products through digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the products they manage and provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries. They will work as part of a team and will be required to work onsite in Purbalingga.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate product knowledge and guide customers through the purchase process.
- Work closely with the digital advertising team to understand campaign goals and customer expectations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient customer service operations.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in a relevant field is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an online or digital environment.
- Strong understanding of FMCG products and the ability to quickly learn product details.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
