Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Customer Relations Division located in Gambir. The role involves managing and improving customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining high retention rates, tracking customer feedback, and providing exceptional customer support. The role also includes collaboration with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance customer service and loyalty.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Retention and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service management
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer relations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
