Customer Relationship Officer
About the Role
As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will be the face of Mazda in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. This role goes beyond simple follow-ups—you will ensure every customer enjoys a premium, personalized, and memorable experience aligned with Mazda's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Mazda customers
- Conduct after-sales follow-ups (service & vehicle purchase) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally with a solution-oriented approach
- Manage and maintain accurate customer database (CRM)
- Collaborate with Sales and Aftersales teams to enhance overall customer experience
- Execute customer engagement activities (events, calls, service reminders, etc.)
- Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and customer loyalty
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relationship, or Hospitality (automotive industry is a plus)
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and empathetic approach
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Proven ability to handle complaints effectively and provide solutions
- Detail-oriented with good data management skills
- Able to work both independently and in a team
Nice to Have
- Experience in automotive, especially premium or luxury brands
- Familiarity with CRM systems
