Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Yogyakarta. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, providing product training, managing customer accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The position also involves collaborating with team members to develop effective sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication, including the ability to effectively convey information and actively listen to clients.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and address their needs.
  • Experience in providing Training to clients or team members to enhance their understanding of products and services.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the technology or entrepreneurial support industry is an advantage.
