Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Conduct telesales activities via phone and email
  • Promote products and campaigns to merchants
  • Build and maintain strong merchant relationships
  • Identify needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain call records
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree (any major)
  • 6–12 months experience in telesales/sales/account management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and proactive
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Basic English and familiarity with MS Office/Google tools
