This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Barista based in Yogyakarta. The Head Barista will be responsible for leading the coffee preparation process, managing the bar area, ensuring the highest quality standards for beverages, and maintaining exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include training and mentoring barista staff, maintaining inventory, and assisting with menu development. Effective communication with management and the team is essential for operational success.

• Expertise in coffee preparation techniques, latte art, and understanding of coffee bean varieties
• Experience in managing and training barista teams, with proven leadership skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and ensuring quality control of ingredients and equipment
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills to ensure a welcoming experience for all patrons
• Attention to hygiene, cleanliness, and organization standards in the bar area
• Ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment with a focus on teamwork
• Passion for coffee culture and a strong commitment to continuous learning
• Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality management is a plus
