Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relation Staff based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The primary responsibilities include managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. The role requires maintaining positive customer relationships and contributing to customer retention efforts. Additionally, the individual will be expected to represent the company professionally while providing exceptional customer service.

- Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction through effective problem-solving and proactive support
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns
- Ability to provide excellent Customer Support and Customer Service in a solution-oriented manner
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer relationship management practices is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer relations or service role within a professional environment is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is desirable
