Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor located in Denpasar, Bali. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning, monitor team performance, and uphold service quality standards. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring adherence to resort policies and standard operating procedures. The Supervisor will also play a role in staff training, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Operational expertise, including scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to address guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling unexpected challenges and ensuring smooth operations.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or higher education in hospitality management is a plus.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4- or 5-star resort.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, is advantageous.
