Qualifications

  1. Min. Bachelor's Degree in any major
  2. Have conversational proficiency in English
  3. Have previous administrative experience
  4. Preferably have previous general affairs and customer service experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for office supplies and branch billing
  • Manage helpdesk services related to facility needs and daily branch operations
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and proper condition of office facilities
  • Administer and record company assets, including data updates and usage monitoring
  • Handle document archiving, inventory management, and daily administrative tasks
  • Maintain high accuracy in data entry with strong attention to detail
  • Monitor after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide introductory product information and explain product manuals to new customers
  • Handle customer complaints and troubleshoot product or service issues
