Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Staff based in Jakarta. The role involves managing and fostering relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer support. The Customer Relations Division will act as a point of contact for clients and work closely with internal teams to address clients needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Customer Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Customer Support with a focus on delivering client experiences
• Interpersonal Skills and clear Communication abilities
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and handle client inquiries
• Proficiency in problem-solving and managing client expectations
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
