Qualifications

• CEO / Country Head / Business Head level
• Automotive EV background
• Strong P&L, expansion, dealer network, stakeholder management
• 15+ yrs, multinational exposure preferred

Responsibility:

• Lead overall business operations, including full P&L responsibility, to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic expansion plans, including market penetration and dealer network development.
• Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, regulators, and internal leadership teams.
• Drive business performance and organizational direction within the EV automotive sector, leveraging multinational experience and industry insights.
