Overview

We are looking for a Service Sales Manager to lead and grow our service business across Southeast Asia. This role is about driving customer value and system performance through Life Cycle Management, combining deep service expertise with digital applications, modernization solutions, and strategic customer engagement. You will lead and motivate teams to turn installed‑base potential into long‑term partnerships that improve reliability, performance, and sustainability for our customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the Southeast Asia Service Sales team to exceed business targets.
  • Develop and execute service sales strategy focused on Installed Base (IB) penetration
  • Build and maintain strong strategic parternships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Drive full portfolio sales of service offerings and LCM solutions
  • Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Lead major contract negotiations and support strategic deal closures
  • Analyze market potential, customer insights, and competitor landscape
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of service delivery

Qualifications

  • 12-15+ years of experience in service sales / industrial sales environment
  • Proven leadership experience managing regional sales teams (5-10+ people)
  • Strong background in service portfolio / lifecycle management sales
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth and sales targets
  • Experience in contract negotiation and key account management
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making capability
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
