Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef located in Pasar Minggu. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to the menu, overseeing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additional tasks include experimenting with new recipes, managing kitchen operations, and coordinating with the catering team to ensure timely delivery of food services.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and recipe creation
• Skills in kitchen management, including inventory control and staff supervision
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food service environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
