We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Executive Chef with deep expertise in Middle Eastern cuisine. The ideal candidate will bring authentic culinary knowledge, leadership, and innovation to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the kitchen team in day-to-day operations.
- Design and execute menus with a focus on authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, while also incorporating fusion and healthy options aligned with our holistic concept.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
- Oversee inventory, procurement, and cost control.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and teamwork.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance.
- Collaborate with management to create seasonal, special event, and retreat menus.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef in a reputable hospitality or restaurant setting.
- Expertise in Middle Eastern culinary traditions (Lebanese, Moroccan, Turkish, Persian, etc.).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Creative approach to menu development with a focus on healthy, balanced, and innovative dishes.
- Knowledge of food cost control and kitchen management.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team and fast-paced environment.
- Culinary degree or professional certification is a plus.
