Job Overview

This role is responsible for preparing and customizing financial and business performance reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing and invoicing processes, and supporting the revenue operations of the Conversational AI team. The role also focuses on identifying gaps in revenue reporting, reconciling billing information, and providing insights to support revenue assurance and informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for working with numerical data, ability to deliver insightful financial trend analysis, understanding of business processes, and the proactivity to collaborate with stakeholders throughout these processes.

What Will You Do

  • Prepare, customize, and distribute routine financial and performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue data, identifying and reconciling any gaps.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team to provide accurate billing details and support the invoicing process.
  • Collaborate with account managers, clients, and internal teams to tailor reporting to business needs.
  • Partner with the Revenue Assurance team to escalate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor billing and revenue operations processes to ensure compliance and integrity.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for business performance.
  • Present clear, data-driven insights to management and key stakeholders.

What Skills and Experience Will You Need

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, revenue settlement, or AP/AR (telco industry experience is a strong advantage).
  • Knowledge of billing processes, AP/AR, and revenue settlement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile and validate complex data sets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular); experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms and project management software is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
