Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Problem Solving
- Analyze and optimize business processes, workflows, and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital, IT, Operations, Sales) to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
Data & Performance Reporting
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from internal systems using SQL to support business insights and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, models, and business performance reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Perform root-cause analysis on operational issues using structured data
Project & Change Management Support
- Assist in delivering key digital, strategic, or regulatory initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, ensure stakeholder alignment, and support post-implementation review.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the bridge between business users and developers/vendors, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate discussions, presentations, and workshops with diverse stakeholder groups.
Compliance & Risk Awareness
- Work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure adherence to OJK, IDX, and internal standards.
- Support data governance, audit, and documentation efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a brokerage firm or financial institution.
- Proficiency in SQL is required ability to write queries, join tables, and perform data validation or deep-dive analysis.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and reporting automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks, JIRA, Confluence, or system development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex problems.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
