Develop and align the implementation overall Human Resource strategy
Implement human resources policies, programs and practices inclusive of planning, organization development, implementation, coordination, investigations, conflict resolution, learning & development and talent acquisitions in accordance with established guidelines, business needs, and sound administrative practices
Act as the Advisor to the business unit leaders in all areas related to human resource management and also ensure flawless delivery of HR services in accordance to the needs of the business
Engage employees and all the operating business units and functions within the company and act as the first point of contact for employees and their managers in relation to performance counseling, advice and resolution on a broad range of general human resources issues to ensure and to improve employee engagement satisfaction and retention rate
Develop and implement an effective Succession Management and Career Development Plan and Program
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree (any major)
Min. 2 years of experience in HRBP, handling job analysis, workload analysis, performance management, etc
Proficient computer skills, Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint, Ms. Excel and Visio)
Good analytical thinking, detail and data oriented person, persistent, independent, team work oriented
Have a good communication and interpersonal skill
Ability to adapt in new environment, and various person in the related workplace
