Job Description

Job Description:

Responsible for monitoring the employee database (facility location, HRIS, mutation, etc.).
Handles employee issues (industrial relations).
Monitors mid-management level fulfillment processes.
Aligning with operational teams regarding their manpower needs (replacement, additional staff, expansion, etc.).
Coordinating with Recruiters for external hiring needs (mid-management level).
Collaborating with operations training teams to assess internal candidates.
Responsible for overseeing facilities in the inner Jabodetabek area.

Requirements:

At least a Bachelor's degree from Law or related field.
At least has 1 year of experience in Industrial Relations or Human Resource Business Partner.
Has good communication skills and possess excellent team leadership skills.
Willing to travel across Jabodetabek & Banten, especially in the inner Jakarta area.
