Job Description

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Psikologi / Management SDM lebih diutamakan
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai HR dan GA
  • Memahami proses recruitment
  • Terbiasa mengerjakan seluruh administrasi yang ada di HR (absensi, lembur, kontrak, BPJS, dll.)
  • Terbiasa menggunakan HRIS
  • Terbiasa dalam menggunakan ms.excel (IF, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot, Sum,If, dll.)
  • Bisa bekerja secara individu maupun kolaborasi dengan tim
  • Jujur, teliti dan memiliki kemampuan problem solving
