Risk Analyst Staff - Business & Ops Risk

Requirements:

• Minimum education of Bachelor&aposs degree (Economics, Management, Accounting, Statistics, Finance, or related major).
• Minimum 23 years experience in Risk Management, Business Analyst, or Operational Risk.
• Understand risk management frameworks (ISO 31000, COSO ERM, or equivalent).
• Experience in developing and monitoring KRI (Key Risk Indicator).
• Have strong analytical thinking and be able to work with data (Excel / SQL is preferred).
• Communicative and able to collaborate across teams, especially with business & operational teams.
• Detail-oriented, able to work with deadlines, and has a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in the fintech, banking, or crypto exchange industry is an added value.
• Ability to create clear, concise, and data-based reports.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Familiar with regulations related to the financial/fintech industry (OJK, Bappebti, BI, etc.).
• Understand risk tools & dashboard reporting.
• Basic project management.
