About the Role
Our client is seeking a Business Support Operations Assistant to support key training initiatives, sales enablement, and education-related projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in training or sales operations, and the ability to manage tasks independently while reporting to a remote team leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Support KA/KP training and manage related activities.
- Contribute to training revenue targets and reporting.
- Develop and maintain university collaborations and education projects (e.g., study tours).
- Provide sales enablement support to strengthen the sales process.
- Independently manage training tasks and submit reports to the team leader.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in education, training, sales operations, or related fields.
- Bachelors degree in Education, Organizational Leadership, Business, or related discipline (preferred).
- Proven ability to drive sales and service outcomes, establish client relationships, and manage operational tasks.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing/AI is an advantage.
- Experience in education/training or sales operations roles preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
