Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance, KPIs, and other relevant metrics.
  • Conduct detailed sales performance analysis and provide insights to sales leadership.
  • Analyze and design sales incentive programs to motivate the sales team.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of incentive programs.
  • Provide recommendations for adjustments to incentive plans based on performance data.
  • Work closely with marketing to align sales and marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure alignment on sales targets and financial goals.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
