Knowledge of the digital transformation trend in Indonesia will be an added advantage.

Lead the planning, organization, and execution of business matching programs for sponsors and exhibitors.
Develop and maintain a database of potential buyers and sellers, ensuring accurate profiling and segmentation.
Match exhibitor and sponsor profiles with relevant buyers to maximize meeting value.
Coordinate meeting schedules, logistics, and follow-up processes to ensure seamless delivery.
Collaborate closely with the Commercial, Conference, and Marketing teams to align meeting strategies with overall event objectives.
Monitor the performance of business matching activities and prepare post-event evaluation reports with recommendations for improvement.
Provide guidance and training to supporting staff or account executives involved in business matching delivery.
Continuously enhance the business matching framework to ensure efficiency and maximize ROI for participants.
