B2B- Business Marketing

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and event marketing, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Have experience handling corporate event marketing or activations.
• Skilled in handling client objections and offering tailored solutions/tactics that align external needs with internal objectives.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Proven experience in Event Marketing and employee activation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Ability to deliver comprehensive reporting and campaign analysis.

Responsibilities :

• Leading mass employee socialization campaigns across the Top 100 GFB Indonesia accounts.
• Aligning closely with internal Sales, Agency, Clients, and cross-functional teams to drive targeted initiatives that boost HVR adoption.
• Managing end-to-end execution for eligible employees through multiple internal and external channels.
• Monitoring campaign performance through pre- and post-analysis, and providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
