B2B Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:

One of our clients is looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Specialist to support our clients corporate mobility and delivery solutions business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mass employee socialization programs for Top 100 accounts in Indonesia
• Work closely with internal sales, client, agency, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute tactics
• Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns for employees eligible for HVR through multiple marketing channels
• Conduct pre- and post-campaign performance analysis, provide insights, and recommend improvements
• Represent the business in internal and external presentations to align stakeholders
• Prepare project reports and performance tracking for leadership and clients

Key Requirements:

• 35 years of experiencein marketing, with strong background in project management and event marketing
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Hands-on experience executing corporate/enterprise campaigns or B2B marketing initiatives
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both internally and externally
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, growth, and external stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance analysis
