Were looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to drive strategy and execution across digital channels, events, and brand initiatives. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to grow awareness, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our position in the conversational AI SaaS space.
What Youll Do
- Develop and run marketing plans that align with business goals.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns (paid, SEO, email, social, content).
- Partner with Sales to optimize lead funnels and support ABM programs.
- Manage content strategy (blogs, case studies, webinars, thought leadership).
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Design marketing assets (social graphics, ad creatives, presentations, event materials) using Photoshop/Illustrator, and edit short videos for campaigns.
- Translate technical features into clear customer value propositions.
- Drive presence at industry events, webinars, and community initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for growth and ROI.
What Were Looking For
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (AI/automation/enterprise software preferred).
- Strong track record in demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Marketo, Mailchimp/ Brevo, Meta Ads, Google Ads & Analytics.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Solid design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) and some video editing experience preferred.
- Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Bonus: Experience with conversational AI, CX, Marketing, eCommerce or chatbot technologies.
