Youll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in Indonesiaranging from B2B corporate partnerships to building strong distribution and retail dealer networks. You will be the bridge between the TTRacing brand and key stakeholders in the Indonesian market.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, onboard, and manage dealers and distributors across key Indonesian regions
* Drive corporate sales by targeting businesses, offices, and institutions that require ergonomic or gaming furniture
* Build strong relationships with channel partners and ensure consistent brand representation
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop and implement local growth strategies
* Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and product demos for corporate clients and dealer meetings
* Achieve monthly sales and expansion targets as set by the Regional Manager
* Coordinate with HQ on logistics, pricing, promotional materials, and sales reporting
* Represent TTRacing at local trade shows, pop-ups, and dealer events
* Provide regular reporting and insights to HQ on sales performance, market feedback, and opportunities
Requirement:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or channel/distributor management in Indonesia
* Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
* Strong network and understanding of the Indonesian retail, furniture, or gaming/peripherals ecosystem
* Based in Jakarta
* Willingness to travel frequently across Indonesia for dealer visits, client meetings, and activations
* Proactive, result-oriented, and self-driven with strong negotiation skills
* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
