Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years in business process management, quality assurance, risk management, or documentation control.
- Experience in building documentation systems from scratch is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, GDP, or other quality frameworks.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and governance.
- Knowledge of document control systems (manual & digital).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
Development of Documentation Framework
- Design and implement a documentation management framework.
- Establish standard templates and formats for SOPs, SKs, WIs, and forms.
- Define document classification, numbering, and naming conventions.
Process Mapping & Standardization
- Collaborate to identify, map, and document key business processes.
- Translate workflows into standardized documents.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and regulations.
Governance & Compliance
- Develop policies for document lifecycle.
- Implement document control systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GDP, GHP, etc.
Implementation & Change Management
- Rollout documentation standards to all stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance.
- Monitor adoption and address gaps.
Continuous Improvement
- Regularly review and update documents.
- Incorporate feedback from audits and users.
- Benchmark against industry best practices.
