A. Job description
1. Market Research & Development
- Research and update information on the oil and gas market in general and the drilling sector in particular, including trends, demand, and competitors.
- Assess potential and opportunities in new markets; prepare analytical reports to support business strategy planning. The candidate will have access to PV Drillings market database for research and strategic planning purposes.
- Work with consultants/partners to understand and stay updated on policies, legal regulations, licensing requirements, and other legal factors affecting business operations in the markets.
- Coordinate the implementation of necessary procedures and documentation to support international business expansion and development.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by direct management to ensure effective support for business development activities.
2. Tender and Contract Management
- Carry out bidding activities, prepare tender documents for the provision of drilling rigs and well technical services, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
- Manage information of signed contracts; coordinate the resolution of issues arising during contract execution.
- Manage customer data; maintain and develop customer relationships, and coordinate the implementation of customer care events and activities.
B. Requirements
- University degree in one of the following majors: International Business, Economics, Law, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Drilling Engineering, etc.
- Experience in contract management, bidding, or upstream oil and gas operations is an advantage.
- Strong English skill (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
