Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients to offer Aksoro's services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and propose solutions.
  • Conduct sales outreach (calls, emails, networking) to generate leads and manage pipeline.
  • Present customized solutions, collaborate on proposals, and close deals effectively.
  • Track client interactions, sales performance, and provide feedback for service improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in business consulting, coaching, or training services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong networking abilities and proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Results-driven with a strong understanding of client relationship management.
  • Willingness to be based in Yogyakarta and open to travel for client meetings when necessary.
