The company holds licenses to lease and sell industrial properties such as industrial factories, warehouses, industrial/commercial land, and commercial leasing/sales. This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Semarang. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as generating leads, conducting market research, maintaining customer service relations, and developing business strategies. The role involves analyzing market trends, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and facilitating property transactions.
