About the Job

You will drive Lapakgamings growth by building and managing B2B relationships with international partners. Your role covers market mapping, partner onboarding, and account management to ensure long-term success. Youll collaborate with cross-border stakeholders, negotiate commercial terms, and design programs that increase sales performance. This position offers the chance to sharpen your expertise in B2B and make an impact in the fast-paced digital and gaming industry.

Job Description

• Identify and onboard new B2B partners (resellers, agencies, aggregators) across targeted regions.
• Conduct market mapping and outreach via digital channels, trade events, and referrals.
• Negotiate commercial terms, distribute price lists, and onboard partners to our supply infrastructure.
• Manage and grow assigned key international accounts to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and deliver regular reporting to stakeholders.

Job Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experienced in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written); Mandarin speaking is a strong plus.
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze sales performance and propose growth strategies.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
