About the Role
Responsible for providing reports accompanied by data analysis related to activities and performance operations (Mall) as a reference in making superior decisions and determining strategic steps so that performance achievement in the merchandising directorate is achieved optimally.
Job Description :
- Conduct in-depth research into property market conditions, industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Seek and analyze new project development opportunities, both for new customers and to expand the company&aposs portfolio, such as in residential, commercial, or industrial land.
- Develop and present long- and short-term business development strategies, including acquisition plans, project development, and market expansion.
- Evaluate market data, financial data, and other metrics to create accurate business projections and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with relevant teams (e.g., project development and marketing teams) to develop innovative product or property project concepts that meet market demand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, strategic partners, and other stakeholders to support project success.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented projects and strategies periodically to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
Qualification :
- Bachelor degree of Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years as Business Development in the Mall sector.
- Knowledge & Skill : Market Research and Analysis, Business Opportunity Identification, Strategic Planning, Data Analysis and Projections, Product/Project Development, Performance Evaluation.
