What You&aposll Do
- Conduct research and analysis: You&aposll execute comprehensive brand research initiatives, analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry insights to inform strategic recommendations and brand positioning decisions
- Support strategy development: You&aposll assist in developing brand strategies, positioning frameworks, and messaging architectures while contributing fresh perspectives and analytical insights to strategic planning processes
- Create strategic presentations: You&aposll develop compelling presentations and strategic documents that communicate brand insights, research findings, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams with meticulous attention to detail
- Support key account management: You&aposll contribute to key account strategic initiatives, assisting in client relationship building, strategic account planning, and ensuring consistent brand strategy implementation across all client touchpoints
- Engage in client interaction: You&aposll participate in client meetings, workshops, and strategic sessions, contributing insights and supporting senior strategists in client relationship management and strategic discussions
- Ensure strategy execution alignment: You&aposll work closely with Creative and Performance teams to ensure brand strategies are effectively translated into campaign concepts and marketing initiatives that deliver on strategic objectives
- Support campaign planning: You&aposll contribute to campaign development and execution by providing strategic input, ensuring brand consistency, and helping optimize campaign performance against strategic goals
What You&aposll Bring:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field
- +3 years of experience in brand strategy, planning, market research, or account management roles
- Demonstrated interest in brand building and strategic thinking with relevant project experience
- Strong research and analytical capabilities with ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
- Strategic thinking abilities with understanding of brand positioning, consumer psychology, and market dynamics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating presentations and participating in client discussions
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across Creative, Performance, and Project Manager teams
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy and quality standards across all deliverables
