Job Summary

Manon Design Studio is seeking a Marketing Strategist to lead and execute creative, data-driven marketing initiatives that align with our brand values: Nature Inspired, Brand Defined.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in driving brand visibility, campaign effectiveness, and business growth by crafting strategies that speak to our target market. Success in this role means building measurable awareness, increasing engagement across platforms, and turning insights into action that supports both creative direction and business expansion.

This role works closely with the leadership, digital, and design teams to ensure all marketing efforts reflect our design philosophy and connect meaningfully with our audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand direction.
  • Conduct SWOT analysis, market research, and trend identification to inform campaign planning.
  • Define and refine the company&aposs unique selling proposition (USP) and ensure messaging is clear and consistent across all channels.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital and offline platforms including social media, paid advertising, PR, email marketing, and event-based promotions.
  • Oversee digital marketing execution (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and other paid channels), optimizing performance based on analytics.
  • Monitor key metrics such as web traffic, conversion rates, and campaign engagement to evaluate success.
  • Deliver periodic ROI reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and support business expansion through strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, project, and content teams to ensure brand alignment and creative consistency.
  • Provide input on product/service development based on audience research and marketing data.

Qualifications

  • Able to work Full-time on-site position based in Bali, Indonesia
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic marketing, brand development, or campaign planning.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to make decisions based on performance data and customer insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email automation systems.
  • Creative, proactive, and adaptable with a passion for connecting brands to their audience in meaningful ways.
  • Experience in the architecture, property, or design industry is a plus.
