Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a related role.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, display ads, and campaign optimization.
  • Proven ability to create and manage creative content across various channels such as websites, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other marketing platforms.
  • Experience in writing creative briefs and working closely with design teams to produce branded materials.
  • Proficient in reading and analyzing ad metrics and evaluating digital campaign performance based on ROI and KPIs.
  • Strong market trend awareness and ability to recommend effective marketing strategies.
  • Skilled in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and able to work under deadlines and performance targets.
  • A strong understanding of information security and willingness to comply with data protection policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content for all Faspay communication channels, including website, social media (Instagram & LinkedIn), marketing materials, posters, articles, videos, and more.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing activities through advertising platforms such as SEM, SEO, social media ads, display ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to achieve maximum KPI performance.
  • Track and analyze ad performance metrics and evaluate campaign success based on ROI and KPIs.
  • Identify market trends and insights to optimize spending and performance.
  • Develop and coordinate creative briefs and collaborate with the design team to produce marketing collateral (e.g., company profile decks, sales kits) in line with brand standards.
  • Ensure information security by adhering to company policies, protecting data assets, and reporting suspicious activities that may threaten data security.
