About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager Digital Marketing (Team Leader) to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Strategy: Develop detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for digital and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams (creative, content, media, analytics) to define campaign strategies and goals.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform campaign direction.
- Campaign Execution & Oversight: Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring quality standards and alignment with client expectations.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor team progress across functions.
- Facilitate collaboration and effective communication between stakeholders.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Identify growth opportunities and propose new service offerings.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Develop risk management strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and prepare insightful reports with optimization recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 35+ years of proven project management experience within digital marketing, social media, or advertising agencies.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency with project management software (MS Teams, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira).
- Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts (SEO, SEM, paid social) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Client-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Prior experience in an advertising agency is a plus.
