Now were looking for a Growth & Digital Marketing Manager who will own our marketing enginefrom campaigns and social media to partnerships and performance marketingto drive qualified leads and accelerate our growth.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Marketing Manager located in Tanjung Duren Selatan, Grogol Petamburan, West Jakarta. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing marketing analytics, executing marketing automation, and overseeing project management. The role also requires conducting web analytics and optimizing marketing campaigns to ensure successful outcomes.

What Youll Do

1. Growth & Lead Generation

  • Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate franchise leads.
  • Optimize funnels across awareness engagement lead conversion.
  • Experiment with growth tactics (A/B testing, retargeting, marketing automation).

2. Digital Marketing

  • Plan and manage paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Oversee SEO/SEM, website landing pages, and digital content strategy.
  • Run email marketing and CRM automation to nurture leads.
  • Monitor and optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and CPL (Cost per Lead).

3. Social Media & Partnerships

  • Manage Friendchiseds brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels.
  • Develop partnership campaigns with franchise associations, business communities, and influencers.
  • Create engaging content strategies that position Friendchised as a trusted franchise growth partner.

4. Analytics & Optimization

  • Track KPIs: leads generated, CPL, engagement rate, ad ROI, and funnel conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign data and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Provide monthly performance dashboards and insights to leadership.

5. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Align with the franchise sales team on lead quality and follow-ups.
  • Work with design/content partners to develop digital assets.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts support Friendchiseds revenue and brand growth goals.
What Were Looking For
  • 3+ years experience in growth marketing & digital marketing (B2B, SaaS, or F&B preferred).
  • Proven track record in lead generation, digital campaigns, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, paid ads, email automation, and analytics tools.
  • Familiar with CRMs and social media management tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
