Description
We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer to join our team in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Information Modeling and will play a crucial role in the development and management of BIM processes for various projects across Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and maintain project documentation and BIM execution plans.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to resolve clashes and improve project workflows.
- Provide training and support to junior staff and team members in BIM processes and software.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-15 years of experience in BIM management and implementation.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and best practices.
- Experience in project coordination and collaboration using BIM.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
