Position Summary
The Manager for Partnership will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and fostering strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, organizations, and industry players within the aviation and education sectors. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, business development, relationship management, and strategic planning to drive collaboration, secure new business opportunities, and support the Academy&aposs growth objectives
Key Accountability
Strategic Planning
- Develop strategies for partnership growth by identifying new opportunities and markets.
Partnership Development
- Identify and pursue partnerships with airlines, aviation companies, regulatory bodies, and educational institutions.
- Conduct market analysis for growth opportunities.
Relationship Management
- Act as the main contact for partners, handling inquiries and fostering collaboration.
- Organize joint initiatives to strengthen partnership.
Contract Negotiation
- Lead negotiations to create mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ensure agreements comply with academy policies and legal standards.
Sales & Corporate Development
- Promote products/services to partners for revenue generation.
- Recommend potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships aligned with growth goals.
Account Management
- Manage key client accounts, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Regularly review service performance and address gaps.
- Offer proactive solutions to enhance client retention.
- Track satisfaction metrics and resolve issues efficiently
Reporting And Analysis
- Produce reports on partnership performance and areas for improvement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Use data analytics to assess partnership impact.
Qualification & Working Experience
- A bachelor&aposs degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, finance or in a related field
- At least 8-10 years&apos proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role within the aviation industry.

- Strong understanding of aviation regulations, industry standards, and training requirements.
