Job Description Summary:

As a Learning Experience & Knowledge Manager, he/she is responsible for leading the management of the company&aposs digital learning platform as the center of the learning ecosystem, integrating knowledge management across business streams, overseeing the process of creating, organizing, storing, sharing, and maintaining organizational knowledge assets, and building a continuous learning culture throughout the organization to support the achievement of the company&aposs strategic goals.

Job Description:

1. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration & Optimization:

Manage the daily operations of the LMS platform, including planning, feature development, and integration with other systems.

Ensure the availability, accessibility, and performance of the LMS platform according to service standards.

Establish governance, policies, and procedures related to content management, enrollment, tracking, and reporting.

2. Knowledge Management

Design and implement a Knowledge Management strategy to collect, store, and share knowledge across business units.

Develop a digital repository and mechanisms for regularly updating knowledge content.

Encourage employee participation in knowledge sharing through CoPs (Communities of Practice) or internal forums.

3. Learning Culture Activation

Design and implement programs to build a learning culture throughout the organization, including campaigns, gamification, and recognition.

Measure the effectiveness of the learning culture through KPIs of engagement, completion rate, and linkage to performance.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with L&D, HRBP, Talent Managers, leaders, and learning champions to ensure learning is relevant to unit and individual needs.

Align learning programs with individual development plans (IDPs) and the company&aposs talent strategy.

5. Governance & Compliance

Ensure learning and knowledge management policies comply with legal standards, data protection, and company regulations.

Regularly monitor and review system effectiveness, quality, and compliance.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor&aposs Degree from any major
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in People Development / Knowledge Management / Digital Learning Platforms.
  • Understanding of Moodle LMS: Experience and knowledge of Moodle LMS, including its key features, configuration, administration, troubleshoot Moodle LMS and the ability to optimize its use for institutional or organizational needs.
  • Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with various stakeholders, both orally and in writing, to effectively manage development, implementation, collaboration, problem-solving and maintenance programs.
  • Strong managerial & Project Management Skills: Ability to efficiently and effectively plan, manage, and execute a project is an essential aspect of this role. This includes the ability to create project schedules, allocate resources, identify risks, and coordinate teams to ensure projects are completed according to plan and on time.
  • Ability to design & implementation of knowledge management strategies and activate a learning culture that connected to business strategy and organizational culture.
  • Responsible for overseeing the creation, organization, storage, sharing, and maintenance of an organization&aposs knowledge assets.
  • Willing to be placed at Sinarmas Land Plaza, Thamrin
