If you are someone with:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing or any Major.
• Fluent in English.
• 5-10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development or Digital Advertising.
• Experience in Digital Ads Sales, Performance Marketing, and Agency Sales Experience.
• Experienced in managing key account include with the strategic business plan and long-term agreement.
• Have strong database in digital advertising and B2B partnership in Indonesia and APAC.
• Professional presentation skills in Bahasa and English.
• Willing to work in a multicultural environment, pressure and able to adapt to overseas business trips.

And you are ready to be:

• Identify & Lead B2B market opportunities and partner needs by developing customized marketing services (e.g., OEM factory pre-installation, App performance, App Store, browser solutions), negotiating partnerships, and ensuring revenue KPI achievement.
• Cultivate and maintain strong partner relationships, and design revenue growth strategies, including targeted customer acquisition and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
• Develop strategic business plans for Indonesia&aposs digital advertising market, focusing on local agency relationships, brand activities, and key account management.
• Conduct projects and research to enhance business performance with key accounts in Indonesia.
• Lead sales pitches and negotiations with key accounts and local agencies in Indonesia.
