  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer chats and inquiries across assigned communication channels.
  • Handle and resolve non-technical customer issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and provide consistent support.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer needs and proactively offer appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when necessary to ensure smooth issue resolution.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality and retention.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience aligned with Halo AI's service standards.

Requirements

Job Requirement

  • 1 - 2years of experience in account management, customer success, or customer support, preferably in a SaaS or AI-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to respond promptly, professionally, and empathetically across multiple communication channels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service quality and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on handling non-technical customer issues efficiently.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and proactively recommend appropriate solutions or improvements.
  • Comfortable monitoring customer feedback, analyzing trends, and suggesting process or service improvements to enhance retention.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, customer support platforms, and basic reporting is a plus.
