Account Executive Manager

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Direct Report: Head of Business & Solution

Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Account Executive to drive B2B growth and manage high-value corporate partnerships. The ideal candidate acts as a consultant, identifying client pain points and delivering tailored technology and connectivity solutions. You will own the entire sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting to strategic closing and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Strategically identify and cultivate new B2B opportunities across diverse industry sectors.
  • Build and maintain a robust, high-velocity sales pipeline through disciplined outreach, networking, and lead generation.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to position our solutions effectively against competitors.

Consultative Sales & Client Engagement

  • Lead professional client engagements, including high-level meetings, product demonstrations, and strategic presentations.
  • Adopt a consultative approach to deeply understand client business needs and translate them into scalable, relevant solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close complex deals while ensuring long-term profitability and client satisfaction.

Internal Collaboration & Account Orchestration

  • Partner with technical and product teams to ensure solution alignment and technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate with the operations and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
  • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and client data within the CRM/internal systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–5 years of proven success in B2B Sales or Corporate Account Management.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from cold prospecting to final contract execution.
  • Industry Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in at least one of the following is highly preferred:

Telecommunications / Connectivity Solutions

SaaS / Enterprise Software

Fintech / Payment & Financial Services

Core Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and high-stakes negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret client data and business requirements.
