Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned SAP clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the SAP product portfolio (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, etc.).
  • Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each customer's business objectives and digital transformation journey.
  • Project Oversight: Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of SAP solutions.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain customer records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Contract Management: Negotiate commercial terms and manage renewals, pricing discussions, and service agreements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, consultants, technical teams, and marketing to deliver customer value.
  • Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on SAP product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5 years minimum) in account management, preferably with a focus on SAP solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SAP products and enterprise IT environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SAP certification or previous experience in a consulting/SI/VAR environment is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).
