About the Job:
Calling for an experienced Brand Solution Director to lead Waves growth efforts by identifying new opportunities, securing new clients, and building long-term strategic relationships. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, the ability to connect client needs with agency capabilities, and the confidence to lead high-impact pitches and proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Who You Are:
- Preferably holds a Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Managerial Level in Agency.
- Experience in a digital agency would be an advantage.
- Experienced in managing multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Preferably has a proven track record leading 360 campaigns across media, creative, PR, and activation.
- Strong strategic thinking and brand development capabilities.
- Solid grasp of the media landscape (traditional & digital), creative, PR, and activation workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence effectively.
What Youll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business leads through prospecting, networking, and outreach.
- Possess the capability to identify and monetize significant untapped opportunities that generate significant new revenue.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Create and deliver tailored proposals and pitch decks that align with client goals.
- Set revenue targets with leadership and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive agency growth.
- Build and maintain long-term, strategic client relationships.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to internal teams.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with strategy and internal teams to refine proposals and agency offerings.
- Track and report on business pipeline, performance, and revenue progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM tools.
- Promote the agency brand and contribute to thought leadership efforts.
- Enhance the agencys visibility and reputation among key decision-makers.
