About the Job:

Calling for an experienced Brand Solutions Director to lead Waves growth efforts by identifying new opportunities, securing new clients, and building long-term strategic relationships. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, the ability to connect client needs with agency capabilities, and the confidence to lead high-impact pitches and proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Who You Are:

  • Preferably holds a Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Managerial Level in Agency.
  • Experience in a digital agency would be an advantage.
  • Experienced in managing multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Preferably has a proven track record leading 360 campaigns across media, creative, PR, and activation.
  • Strong strategic thinking and brand development capabilities.
  • Solid grasp of the media landscape (traditional & digital), creative, PR, and activation workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence effectively.

What Youll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new business leads through prospecting, networking, and outreach.
  • Possess the capability to identify and monetize significant untapped opportunities that generate significant new revenue.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Create and deliver tailored proposals and pitch decks that align with client goals.
  • Set revenue targets with leadership and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive agency growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term, strategic client relationships.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to internal teams.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with strategy and internal teams to refine proposals and agency offerings.
  • Track and report on business pipeline, performance, and revenue progress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM tools.
  • Promote the agency brand and contribute to thought leadership efforts.
  • Enhance the agencys visibility and reputation among key decision-makers.
