Job Description

Partipost is Southeast Asias fastest-growing influencer marketing platform, empowering brands to scale campaigns through real creators and real engagement. Weve worked with leading names across FMCG, tech, finance, and lifestyle and run over 10,000 influencer marketing campaigns across 8 markets.

As an Account Director at Partipost Indonesia, you will be the strategic lead and trusted partner for our clients. You will oversee a portfolio of key accounts, driving client retention, satisfaction, and growth. Youll lead and mentor our Account Managers, ensuring they deliver excellence in servicing while elevating Partiposts positioning from campaign vendor to long-term marketing partner.

Responsibilities:

Client Leadership & Strategy

  • Act as the senior client lead, building strong relationships with marketing decision-makers (Brand Directors, CMOs, Procurement).
  • Translate client business objectives into strategic influencer & media solutions using Partiposts platform and data.
  • Provide strategic counsel during pitches, quarterly reviews, and escalations.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead, coach, and grow the Account Management team (Account Managers & Executives).
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide training, and build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Ensure AMs are proactive in servicing, not reactive order-takers.

Revenue Growth & Retention

  • Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g., additional campaigns, social listening, paid boosting, affiliate programs,etc).
  • Own revenue retention KPIs for key accounts; partner with BD team on renewals and long-term agreements.
  • Contribute to overall country sales targets by ensuring sustainable client spend.

Collaboration & Integration

  • Work closely with Campaign Fulfilment Team (Ops + KOL Specialists) to ensure promises to clients are delivered on time and on quality.
  • Partner with Marketing & Product teams to provide client feedback and influence platform innovation.
  • Collaborate with and coordinate between vendors, partner agencies, appointed by the client or Partipost, to achieve the bigger picture brand objectives.

Commercial & Reporting

  • Lead regular business reviews (monthly / quarterly / yearly) with clients, presenting insights, performance analysis, and growth recommendations.
  • Oversee accurate forecasting and reporting of account revenue.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform innovations to proactively advise clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 58 years experience in account management/client servicing at a media, creative, or digital agency.
  • Proven track record in leading client relationships, driving retention, and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media, influencer marketing, and social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Confident to engage with senior marketing leaders.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in mentoring teams and creating a high-performance culture.
  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and ability to balance client satisfaction with business objectives.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
