Responsible for all aspects of Visual Merchandising for Navya Retail Indonesia.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and other relevant departments.
Ensure all stores comply with visual merchandising guidelines, including displays, testers, signage, and other visual elements.
Align store setups with the marketing calendar, ensuring timely and accurate execution of new product launches and promotional initiatives.
Monitor and report on competitor visual merchandising activities and in-store environments.
Forecast and prepare visual merchandising needs for upcoming product launches and monthly initiatives, in line with brand standards.
Responsible for executing planograms accurately, ensuring store layouts and displays align with brand standards. This includes maintaining fixture integrity, product placement, signage, and timely implementation of updates.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Visual Communication Design, Architecture, or a related field (mandatory).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail industry (with experience in standalone/flagship stores).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Skilled in design tools such as SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
Basic knowledge of 3D design using SketchUp.
Experience in creating and implementing planograms.
Strong communication skills: proficiency in English is a plus.
Highly motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about the retail industry.
